Service

miaPOS is operated by Finergy Tech S.R.L. (Chișinău, Moldova). EU operations are conducted via its subsidiary Instapay Tech S.R.L. (Romania). The platform provides instant payment acceptance for merchants and white-label payment infrastructure for banks.

By using miaPOS — as a merchant, bank partner, or visitor to this site — you agree to these terms.

Liability

Standard payment-platform liability limits apply. Detailed commercial terms are in your bank or merchant agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova, with venue in Chișinău. EU operations may be subject to additional local regulators.
